Two years ago:
&#73&#32&#116hought I had AIDS from ONE protected sexual encoun&#116&#101&#114 even though tests came back negative. To this day&#32&#73&#32still think I could have it and am paranoid about &#112&#97&#115sing it on to my current partner.

One year ago:
I&#32&#104&#97d muscle spasms and thought I had Lou Gehrig’s disease. I cried &#111&#118&#101r it and the idea of MS as well. I even went to se&#101&#32&#97 neurologist. Sometimes I think I could still have&#32&#105&#116 because I still get the spasms.

Two months ago:
&#73&#32&#104ad a random flashback to a me<s></s>mory where a friend a&#110&#100&#32I explored each others underwear and bra ( I was 8&#32&#97&#110d she was 7), and suddenly I was paranoid that my &#98&#101&#104avior was not normal for that age and that I’m some sort of chil&#100&#32&#109olester. I can’t watch crime episodes now because I feel guilty &#97&#98&#111ut possibly being one.

One month ago:
Then I felt&#32&#103&#117ilty about watching porn on occasion and wanted to&#32&#107&#110ow the verified ages of all the people involved in&#32&#116&#104e videos so that I wasn’t some kind of abuser or sex offender. I&#32&#115&#116ay away from any porn now ( I di<s></s>dn’t watch it often anyways).

O&#110&#101&#32week ago:
I found out one of my family members is &#103&#97&#121. Shame on me for thinking this but, I thought tha&#116&#32&#109aybe I could be gay too because m<s></s>y close family me&#109&#98&#101r was gay. Now I’m looking at women differently and checking to &#115&#101&#101 if I f<s></s>ind women attractive or if I get aroused. I&#32&#116&#114y to reflect back on moments in college where I ma&#121&#32&#104ave felt the need to experiment with women and try&#32&#116&#111 dissect everything that did or did not happen. I &#101&#118&#101n cried at the idea of being gay because I’m in a heterosexual r&#101&#108&#97tionship and that would mean it couldn’t continue…even though we’ve been dating for 2 years &#65&#78&#68 live together!

My heart always races at these th&#111&#117&#103hts and races even faster when I research the topi&#99&#115&#46 It’s like a sudden swoosh falls upon me and I NEED to have all &#116&#104&#101 available<s></s> information at my disposal asap along w&#105&#116&#104 a panel who will decide if I am or am not X, Y an&#100&#32&#90. I need help…but what IS this?
Severe GAD? OCD? Whatever it is&#44&#32&#73 think it’s time for medication.

I am 28 years old, almost 29. I have 2 young chil&#100&#114&#101n.
Back in October 2008, a little over a year sinc&#101&#32&#105 had given birth to our first child, I had a mamog&#114&#97&#109<s></s> due to a small pea-sized lump just under the nipp&#108&#101&#32in my right breast. I also<s></s> had an ultrasound done&#32&#111&#110 it and it was presumed to be a small fluid-filled&#32&#99&#121st and told it wasn’t anything to worry about. I kinda guessed &#116&#104&#97t maybe it was a plugged milk duct and it would ev&#101&#110&#116ually go away.

Since then, I have had another chil&#100&#44&#32but the lump is alway there and hasn’t changed. It also doesn’t hurt. My doc&#116&#111&#114 advised me to keep an eye on<s></s> it and she would tak&#101&#32&#97 look at it again at a later time. Then I read th&#105&#115&#32story today in our local paper http://www.vwindepe&#110&#100&#101nt.com/ The top story for October 8th, 2010 is ab&#111&#117&#116 a young woman who was diagnosed with breast cance&#114&#32&#97fter finding a pea-sized lump in her right breast.&#32&#32&#83he was 27 at the time. It was mainly caused by ex&#99&#101&#115s estrogen.
I have also been struggling with a hor&#109&#111&#110al imbalance which includes estrogen dominance and&#32&#108&#111w progesterone. I made an appointment with my doc&#116&#111&#114 for monday, but until then I’m trying to not get myself worried&#32&#111&#118er nothing. So I am writing this out here, in hop&#101&#115&#32someone could give me some information about how b&#114&#101&#97st cancer in younger women is diagnosed? How can &#73&#32&#98e sure all the right tests are done to be positive&#32&#105&#116’s not cancerous?
My Aunt on my father’s side died from breast cancer 3 years &#97&#103&#111 today. My husband’s Aunt has breast cancer, but it is currentl&#121&#32&#105n remiss<s></s>ion. Really I am just scared. My 2 girls&#32&#97&#114e 3 and 1.

Please help. Thank you.
